ASOCIATIA PARTENER GRUPUL DE INITIATIVA PENTRU DEZVOLTAREA LOCALA ROMANIA

The PARTENER Association - Initiative Group for Local Development has defined in its statute the objective of promoting, initiating, organizing, coordinating and carrying out actions to promote and strengthen local and regional development:

​

• to organise and carry out actions to promote and encourage entrepreneurial culture;

• developing and providing consultancy, advice, mentoring, tutoring, support, etc. services for the initiation, growth and consolidation of businesses, including the implementation of business plans and the provision of financial support;

• development of analyses, studies, reports, policies, strategies, etc.;

• carrying out specific training engineering activities: analysis and assessment of training needs, design of training programmes, development and transfer of training and evaluation tools and methodologies - including from EU countries to Romania, for the education, initial training and continuing training sectors, etc..;

• provision of assistance, mentoring, tutoring, counselling and other types of services for labour market entrants, employers and other labour market actors;

• organising, running, monitoring and evaluating work-based learning programmes for pupils and students (internships/traineeships, apprenticeships, practical training, technology laboratory, etc.), including firm-based activities.

The team of the association has initiated, developed and carried out, on its own behalf, in partnership or for third parties, consultancy and expertise activities for more than 300 projects. The fields of activity of these projects are multiple: medicine, social assistance, tourism, utility climbing, gastronomy, manufacturing industry, agriculture and food industry, public services, business services, urban planning, infrastructure, etc.
